Workshop on creating Card Game on Board of Directors Interplay
In this card game, students form two-player teams representing Executive Directors or Independent Directors on a board. Cards display designations—Chairperson, Executive Director, Independent Director—and roles like Whistleblower, as well as situation cards such as Related-Party Transaction and Governance Crisis. On their turn, each team draws a board member card and a scenario card, then uses influence cards to debate and vote.
